Our services > Our licence

Here in Canada , we meet a lot of immigrants who have immigrated, and they did not pay “much” for their immigration. They have paid in the range of 5 000 to 12 000 dollars till the moment of their arrival . Furthermore, these immigrants have used “cheap” consultants. Other candidate immigrants desperately ask us to begin their cases from the start point because they are not satisfied with the services for which they have not paid much to other consultants, but they have received refusals for the visas they have applied for.

A license – what's that?

Since your documents will be processed by the Canadian government, The Canadian government is the one which decides to license someone to work with. In order to be clearer, the Canadian government is the only authority in the world that can give license to a consultant in order to represent applicants towards Immigration Canada.

Who can represent you?

In order to be your representative, the consultant must submit on his behalf and with his guarantee your documents in the relevant Canadian embassy. The documents are not submitted on your behalf (since you can do this without paying money) because these documents must be submitted on the behalf of the representative consultant. After your documents are already received in the embassy, there will be made a check-up whether the consultant has a Canadian license. If the consultant does not have this license, your documents will be returned with a refusal for their processing.

How can I be sure of a licensed consultant?

In order to obtain a license, which is to be renewed every year and costs thousands of dollars, the consultant must prove towards the Canadian government that he has:

  • The necessary practical experience – a minimum of 10 clients for the last year.
  • The necessary knowledge – he has to pass an exam.
  • Clear police history – for the last 5 years, the consultant must not have complaints against him even from “unproved” defrauded clients.
  • To be Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident.
  • To have a $ 1 000 000 insurance against fraud.

What you have to ask your Consultant?

  • Whether the Consultant will submit your documents in the embassy or you by yourself?
  • Does the Consultant have the right to attend the interview of the client? Especially, can the Consultant enter the interview room, not to sit outside the door?
  • Do you have the right to appeal against the decision of Immigration Canada in a Canadian court?
  • Is it included in written form in the contract that he will return back in 100 % your money in case of failure?
  • Who has issued the license? Can I see the license?
  • Are there any hidden fees which I will have to pay to the Consultant subsequently?
  • Will the Consultant meet you at the airport for your arrival? Will he find you a convenient apartment for settlement?

After receiving answers of the above-listed questions, you can decide by yourself in which hands to stake on your fate.
