Employment agencies and headhunters

The "headhunters" prefer names them "agencies of recruitment" or "advisers in recruitment", to avoid the negative connotation connected to the expression "headhunters". These agencies are specialized in the recruitment of intermediate and higher frameworks. They work in specific crenels: finances, accountancy, telecommunication, management, marketing, etc. They can also be devoted to the recruitment of professionals in new technologies, rarer specialities or seek people who have knowledge or a particular experiment.
